To meet the requirements of its clients, Kripya offers flexible business engagement models. Kripya has delivered value to its customers in the following engagement models:

Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) model where a dedicated captive team is assembled and managed on behalf of the client in support of its design, development, engineering, testing and other specfic requirements. Client companies are given the option of transferring and integrating the offshore development team as part of its own development team in the future if business conditions warrant. In this engagement model, Kripya’s clients enjoy the benefits of lower cost offshore resources, at the same time, preserving the captured learning on an ongoing basis, earning rights to the IP that is developed and not compromising the confidentiality of their IP.

Project Based Engagement model where Kripya undertakes projects on a turnkey basis. Kripya will work jointly with the client in the definition of the requirements and establishment of the specifications for the project, after which the project will be carried out by Kripya utilizing internal and partner resources. Customers will be able to track the progress of the project through periodic reviews and dashboard reports highlighting the progress through Earned Value (EV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI).

Consulting model where Kripya undertakes consulting assignments in the areas of technology assessment, outsourcing strategy development and program management. In most cases, the consulting engagements lead to future engagements under the BOT or project based engagement models.
