This term refers to the defective parts that are produced during a stable (steady state) production. The parts can be scrapped or the ones that can be reworked and come under Quality Loss since OEE measures quality from a First Pass Yield Perspective.
Most of the Production Rejects happen due to incorrect equipment settings, operator or equipment handling errors, etc.
