MSME companies like Kripya aspires to be a responsible Corporate Citizen by imbibing best practices of governance to build a sustainable enterprise. In this endeavour, this policy document outlines the CSR focus of Kripya Solutions Pvt Ltd., and the process of implementation.

Categories of CSR focus:

  • Workforce-oriented CSR activities
  • Society-oriented CSR activities
  • Market-oriented CSR activities
  • Environmental-oriented CSR activities.

Kripya CSR Policy:

As per the statutory requirements Kripya Solutions has crossed the profits threshold for CSR activities in the fiscal year 2023-24.
Kripya’s board approved the spending (up to 2% of the profits) on CSR activities related to Education for or Healthcare for the socially disadvantaged.
CSR Focus will be on the following areas:
  • Workforce-oriented CSR activities – DEI, Flexible Hours, EHS for employees
  • Society-oriented CSR activities – Education Support for under privileged, Support for sports etc.,
    • This can be direct or through reputed NGOs/Trusts.
    • With NGOs/Trusts there be MOUs / Formal arrangements
  • Market-oriented CSR activities – Yet to commence (other than statutory compliances)
  • Environmental-oriented CSR activities – E-waste Management and Energy and water usage focus (yet to commence)

CSR Process:

Every year there will be discussion on the proposals for CSR spend for any of the above areas for the approval of the board of Directors at the first meeting of the fiscal year.
Approval of the proposal will include the quantum and the timeline for the use of funds as identified by a CSR committee (to be formed).
Audit of the CSR activities and findings if any, shall be shared by the CSR committee with the Board of Directors.
